About
Building from a barracks. Documenting the climb. One GT3 at a time.
I'm Hany. I serve, I build at night, and I write down what works. This site is the receipt.
The story
No agency origin myth.
I started building websites in the hours between duty and sleep. Not because it was romantic — because a website was the only thing I could sell from a barracks, in a language I could teach myself at 1am, with a laptop and a bad connection.
The first site I sold went for $200. I delivered it in four days, then spent a week fixing things I'd broken. That's the part nobody posts about.
Since then I've built for a marketing agency and a dental clinic — different businesses, same diagnosis. Both had websites nobody acted on. Both needed a decision about what one page is asking a stranger to do. That's the job: turning attention into revenue, not turning a brief into decoration.
I work with small businesses in Egypt, the Gulf and the US. Egypt pricing is in EGP because a clinic in Cairo shouldn't pay New York rates. US and Gulf pricing is in USD because the work is the same work.
I use AI every day — for research, first drafts, audits and testing. I don't pretend it replaces judgement. It makes me faster at the boring parts so I can spend the time on the part that actually changes your revenue: the offer, the page and the follow-up.
The climb
Milestones, kept honest.
I update this as it happens — including the months that go nowhere.
-
Now
Building client sites from the barracks
Fixed-scope WordPress, WooCommerce and Odoo work, one build a week, documented as it ships.
-
Agency + clinic
First two real client builds
A marketing agency lead-gen site and a dental clinic booking site. Both taught me the same lesson about one action.
-
First invoice
$200, four days, one very nervous delivery
The site worked. The process didn't. Fixed prices and a written scope exist because of that week.
-
Target
A GT3, bought with website money
Not a vision board — a number. It's on the wall of the barracks. Every build moves it.
How I work
Four rules I don't break.
No fake case studies
If a result isn't measured yet, I say so. A placeholder number is a lie with better typography.
Fixed price, written first
You approve pages, features, price and date before paying. No invoice surprises.
You own everything
Domain, hosting, admin, code. If you fire me, you keep the site and a walkthrough video.
Ship, then improve
A live site that's 90% right beats a perfect one in a folder. We launch, measure, then fix what the data shows.
Why in public
Because receipts beat résumés.
I post the builds, the prices, the mistakes and the months that don't work. Partly accountability — it's harder to quit when people are watching. Partly proof: you can see how I think before you pay me anything.
If the climb is boring, you'll see that too. That's the deal.
